Bonfante Gardens got the money they needed. I think Whalom might make it. Americana made it. ----------------- CP! Still the coaster capital of the world in 2002! My fellow Americans; Let's Roll! WoodenCoaster.com
The guy who wanted his share of Whalom to help buy the Red Sox, didn't buy the Sox, so Whalom is looking a little better. ----------------- Merry Christmas!
Bonfante Gardens has announced that they will be open in 2002; I got an email from them to that effect just a couple of days ago. Check their web site for details.

It was good to hear about Bonfante, it looks like a really beautiful park...that Morgan mine train didn't look half-bad either...ALWAYS good to hear about small parks surviving, even thriving in their own niche. ----------------- PoTP acolyte - remove fear to reply Son of Drop Zone - PKI CoasterCamp I Champions!!!
Haven't heard anything about Whalom yet. The Bowen family was still trying to gather enough backing to buy it out at auction the last I heard.
