What do you like about B&M coasters?

I like the "beat 'em up" factor. The only one I've been on that has it is Iron Wolf. With new restraints, it makes the ride my favorite steel at SFGAm. I also like the speed on them. All 3 at SFGAm, IW, B:TR, and RB maintain speed throughout the ride. I love it.

Hi! I'm Hungry, whats your name?
Smoothness...  Best quality.  There isn't a bad seat on Bull.  Montu was incredible.  I came off Kumba disappointed.  Neat layout.  Lots of surprises.  Headache like Shockwave at SFGAm.  Incredible Hulk...  Launch was incredible.  Ingenious.  Dueling Dragons...  September 27 this year.  6 rides in an hour...  Theming was outstanding.  Good ride.  Iron Wolf...  A friend said it's like crawling into a blender and pressing "Puree"...  He's right...  Batman...  ehhh...  too much too soon.  I think that as B&M has gone on, they've gotten a lot better.  It seems to me that the newer rides are miles better than the older ones...  Experience?

"Getting on Iron Wolf is kind of like going in a blender and pressing PUREE"
There is one aspect that B&M coasters have which I really haven't found in any other manufacturer. That quality is INCREDIBLE reliability. For people who rarely travel far to go to different parks, it's very important that all rides (especially new ones) are open since who knows when or if they'll ever get back to a park so far away. That's the main reason why I adore B&M's and really dislike most other manufacturers. When I go on a trip, I don't even worry about B&M's being down. *Occasionally* they will go down for part of a day, but I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a B&M down *all* day. Is there really anything more frustrating then traveling hundreds of miles to go on a ride and find it closed all day? IMHO, there isn't (or I can't think of anything right now :)). The other manufacturers like Intamin, Vekoma, etc. just don't deliver in that department like B&M.
I've only been on one bad b&m and thats iron wolf @ sfgamer.  I know it's a stand up, but I will not ever ride it again.  The rest of them are outstanding.  Raging Bull was my first hyper.  I couldnt belive how fast, intensense, but yet increadibly smooth.  I still love Batman the Ride (same park) I'm always diizy when I get off that ride and I've been on it 251 times.

#1 B&M floorless kracken

#1 B&M invert Montu

#1 B&M hyper (although I've only been on one B&M hyper) Raging bull

I have never ridden a B&M or a CCI.I live in Oregon.I will ride a CCI for the first time next year when I go to Silverwood.
The only B&M I dislike is Mantis. It's soooooo slow now, yet it's still a headbanger. I won't ride it unless i have a friend with me.
I personally thought Mantis was extremely smooth.  I also didn't think it was too slow, but then again I never rode it befor the trim brake was added to the drop.

Iron Wolf is deffinitely my type of B&M. Even though I love the smooth newer ones, this coaster is a true coaster. It's so fast and intense, (how roller coasters should be) and to tell you the truth, the headbanging doesn't even occur to me. Maybe it does, but I'm paying to much attention on how awesome that coaster is. Especialy standing up. That make the ride. What many B&M's don't have any more is the twisted up second part of Iron Wolf. It goes so fast through that part, it's so awesome. So I feel I had to post this since I hear a few people dising my number 1 stand-up.

Other B&M's are indeed awesome even though I have been on only 5. I will get on more soon enough...

Yeah, by the way, they are the best designers out there.

...The smooth and exciting transitions...
The only thing I find a little annoying on B&M's is the high seats. It makes it a bit difficult to see sometimes, but then this is one bad thing out off one hundred good points.
My favorite part is the Roar, that and it's transitions from smooth areas to ultra intense sections on the ride, muy muy excquisite.

The "lazyboy" type seating on RB at SFRGAM can't be beat, all i need is my beer and a newspaper and i'm in bussiness, not that the ride is boring, because it isn't.

Beer, My Baby, and Coasters. Is this a great country or what? ;)

I'm in the same boat with you there Ronald. The only B&M's in my area are down at BGW which is 3 hours away.I'm hoping for but doubting that SFA will get a B&M stand up for 02.SFA is about the only park I go to during the season aside from a trip to PKD once a year or so (if I'm lucky). So if SFA doesn't get a B&M then I guess I'm out of luck.
Bah... those thoughts are those of the coaster society, not of you individuals....

I also love that "roar"
