What Coasters surprised the industry the most?

I think it is the inverted. There are so many now and the lines for the old ones(B:TR at SFGAm) still have long lines.

It depends what you mean in terms of surprised?

I agree Inverted was a suprise, and they are still EXTREMELY popular.
