What Coaster would you like to see next at SFWoA o

The chances for a coaster is slim in my opinion for next year but anyway, I would love to see a Goliath/Titan type ride in Ohio. Consider the fact that their aren't any Giovanola coasters in the Midwest, Northeast or any area surrounding Ohio. Also there are two Intamin hypers (SFDL, CP) B&M hypers (SFGAM and SFGAD) So anyway what would you like to see next at SFWoA or your homepark?

Now, Bigger and Better than ever... Six Flags Worlds of Adventure!

I would like to see a B&M floorless or a B&M hyper, at SFWOA.

LOL

They already have Batman Knight Flight, and I think that they have some kind of height restriction.

What is life without SFA?
not anymore, SW never had one nd they just got a variance to build up to 400 ft. in June
I would like see them move the wildcat or jack rabbit from Idora. It is possible because Knoebell's did it with the Rocket(phoenix). Sure SFWoA would have to replace a lot of wood, but the track is still there. That would be the greatest thing ever.
Better yet, what if they built a recreation of the Crystal Beach Cyclone. With modern safety equipment, it would be possible, and people would come from all over to ride the most intense roller coaster in history.
Well, that's my two cents.
I'll take a classic woodie over a mega-steel any day!

Don`t rule out PKI. 2002 is their 30th anniversary and after the new family attractions, including Runaway Reptar, they could be looking at a major steel coaster. If they do get a coaster in `02, it would be the park`s fifth coaster in as many years!
Scooby`s Ghoster COaster- 1998
Face Off- 1999
Son of Beast- 2000
Rugrats Runaway Reptar- 2001
??????- 2002
HYPER. I don't care who builds it, preferably Intamin. There is plenty of room for a hyper to extend along side the Villain/Old GL Rd.

I would like to see them get their operations together first. I've been talking with people "involved" over there, and find the whole thing pretty creepy (glad I'm not an investor). Little planning, and no serious long term road map exists for integrating the park's two operations. For example, there are currently two HR departments.

With the accidents and the common complaint of poor service, they really need to get their act together. I've said it before, I'll say it again... world-class rides don't make a world-class park. I'd sooner drive to Kennywood, Holiday World, CP, heck, even PKI because I know I'll have a better experience.

Here's hoping they can handle capacity on X-Flight.

Yes, they really need to get their act together first. The professionalism in that park has really gone down.

But, back to the subject, I would like to see them add:
Arrow Mad Mouse
Arrow Mine train
Several Flat rides

Very true, Jeff, very true.

I would like to see them add a Vertical Drop coaster or something that many parks do not have, but I agree that they first must get their act together. If they do add another coaster I hope they have the common sense to put it on the old Sea World side!
For some reason I think they will add a Wild Mouse in 2003.

4/11/01 First snow day for BVSD schools in 8 years!
A luanched Intamin mega looper with overbanked turns. It should have MF style box track with the exact same trains. Give it 11 inversions including cobra roll, giant loop, zero-g, sea serpent, 2X dive loops, 2X giant corks, and one of the horshoe turns on x-flight. Name it Jokers Wild.

How about a nice gyro drop? If they can build upwards of 400 ft., why not?

I couldn't agree with you more. If they did build a new ride. I would like to see a good hyper or giga there. They would probably have to break the world record though to steal attention away from MF.
Jeff said it quite nicely.

Before they build another ride, in addition to the stuff Jeff said, I want to see something drastic done to change th route to the park. I couldn't believe it when on a Tuesday starting at 9:15 it took me 90 minutes to drive the last 2 miles to the park! I know it's not entirely SFOs problem that was buil that way, but it's certainly their problem if they have thousands of people a day who are p*ssed off by the time they get to the park. That's just going to make matters a lot worse.

I can't say I agree with Jeff or any of you others who agree with him...

Why?

I haven't been to the park yet.

However, visiting a number of other parks, I will be making a trip or two or three to Worlds of Adventure this year and get my own opinion of that park.

Currently, on paper (or what I've read/seen/heard), it sounds like an awesome park with a boardwalk and rides, 10 great coasters, a marine park, and lots of other attractions.

This is all the positives I have read. I read all the negatives on this site, so I can't really judge off-hand, but I will enter the park with the most positive attitude and see how it will be.

I can only hope this season, it will live up to my expectations, and not the negativity recieved on this site.
SFWoA has the *potential* to be a great park. They have the foundation laid as far as the rides are concerned. However, until they address the little things (like adding more and more visable bathrooms) that poetential will remain unrealized.

Anyway, to answer the orignal question, I would like to see a hypercoaster, manufactuer irrelavent. However, IMO, that addition can wait till 2003 or 2004.

Intamin Giga along side the Villain!
A B&M hypertwister, and a duelling type wood coaster like Gwazi would be great additions to the collection.....another launched coaster like the Premier mad cobras would also be a plus. Would love to see a racing coaster, but they already have 2-1/2 out and back wood coasters (raging wolf bobs is sort of an out and back so 1/2). NO MORE ROUGH RIDING VEKOMA junk!
