What are you thankful for?

thankful for all my friends, here at school, back home, and the wonderful friends ive made this year on all my travels...a special thank you though to Rob and Kristin, for hosting me this summer, and taking me for my first ever trip into Cedar Point...but all you guys, this summer has rocked!!! all the new friendships are WAY COOLER than all the new coasters i rode!! i love all you guys!! God bless!!

Thanks, Tim..that means so much. I agree that I feel so incredibly blessed to have met and gotten close to so many people this year. Our friendships have transcended amusment parks, and you all are now the friends I turn to for advice, fun times, and support when I need it most. There's a point when it's not about the coasters anymore and I reached that long ago. Lately it's been "I can't wait to go to (insert park here) to see my friends!" Every ride in the park could be closed but if my crazy friends are there with me we'd still have the time of our lives. Thanks for everyone who made this a great season and I can't wait to spend time with you all over the holidays! :)

Oh yeah, and for those of you who are harrassing SeederNutPoint or whatever he decided his screen name is for today, just let him be. He started a legitimate topic for once, he's making people feel good at the moment, and giving him extra negative attention is just fueling the fire. You don't need Jeff to come running to your rescue to ban him...go eat some pancakes or something and be happy.

Six Flags, because if we didn't have them most people would have no damn coasters to ride.

Is that a Q-bot in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

I'm thankful that the God of *my* understanding is compassionate, loving, and accepting. That I *have* learned that rewarding good behavior is a better investment in the future than punishing bad behavior. That I have friends who are intelligent and humorous people who enjoy the *little ironies* and are able to laugh at themselves. That more people are appreciative of the importance of *waging peace*.

I'm thankful for the CPG, you guys ROCK! I'm thankful for living in the technological age, for the 'buzz, for all the cool people I've met in this hobby, for POP forums, and Jeff for bringing them to us...:)

I'm thankful for living in the "second golden age", where coasters are enjoying popularity of *almost* unprecedented proportions. That the generations have these places to mix and enjoy each other in a real and pleasant setting. That older people (like me) can relive our youth, and watch children play in a *reasonably carefree* environment.

In closing, I'm thankful that the voices in my head tell me *where* to put the *asterisks* and the "quotes" and the BOLDS....;).

well Rob, I came in late, so I figured I'md make a "grand entrance", ROFL....thanks!

C'mon, guys! We only have 3 days until Thanksgiving and there's so much more to be thankful for!

-I'm also thankful for RCTII, which has occupied most of my free. Edit: What am I saying, most?

:)

I am thankful year-round for what I have. I do not need one particular day to express my thanks. (Although I will take the extra days off ;) )

But, nonetheless, here is what I am thankful for. I am thankful for my wife and healthy newborn daughter (she's already a card-carrying member of ACE :) ), for the rest of my family, for my friends, and for the ability to afford trips across the US to ride coasters...

And lastly, I am also thankful that Jeff has returned and once again has sent SeederPoint/CedarPointNut packing. ;)

Besides the normal family stuff...

I'm thankful I've had 36 years of going to CP and seeing the park change. Thankful that I'm still heatlhy enough to be able to ride coasters, and thankful that I have a husband who is willing to indulge my coaster addiction by attending coaster events with me.

I'd rather die living than live like I'm dead

AS CP, I am thankful for 27 of my 28 years at CP. Missed one due to a move to michigan, and welp, had no friends here to go with.

However I am most thankful for the Schmuck that shoved the shoulder harness over my head on the Corkscrew at CP when I was trying to walk through. I was a little scared of coasters since the one at KiddyLand, so, at 14, Corkscrew was my second coaster and and second of hundreds, and more to come! THANK YOU DARRELL!

Well, I'm thankful for my family, my finace who pulled me back to reality and from near death. I'm thankful that we have so many coasters to ride, Six Flags and Cedar Point. I'm thankful for the new friends I've made here on the Buzz and just to be alive. Now if I could only find a job besides making "Glasses one hour at a time". Part time.
