That'd be Louisville International Airport, aka Standiford Field, aka SDF. It's right across I-264 from SFKK, and they're both within about a mile or two of Churchill Downs (where the Kentucky Derby is run) and Papa John's Stadium...
Most of the planes in that photo are probably UPS cargo planes -- Louisville's a decent sized UPS air hub.
Any clue on the CORRECT height restriction at SFKK?

I'll bet the height restriction at SFKK works the same way as the obstruction lighting requirements. Rather than a single height restriction that applies to the entire park, I'll bet there is a blanket restriction based on a line drawn at a particular angle from the end of the nearest runway.

it is next to the watterson expressway. If memory serves me I-264 i think. Just go toward the airport. You can see it from the expressway (watterson).
