Well....we've talked about most painful coasters..

I'm going to have to give another vote for Kraken. By far the smoothest and most comfortable coaster I've ever experienced. I really think I could fall to sleep on the ride in a positive way.

No I am dead serious everytime I rode it was smooth but Raptor and other B&Ms are violent and bang my head.
nasai, Just wait til you ride X!!!!!

I've traded in my 2000 Giovanola for a 2002 Arrow X4D :)
My other car is now an Arrow X4D!

Almost anything by B&M. Lightning Racers wins the smooth woodie award.
I have to agree about Lightening Racer ... I rode it in its premier year and the smoothness of the ride acually took away some of the thrill for me. Wooden coasters aren't supposed to be smooth! ;) I like Dorney's Steel Force for a non-inverted. I like to close my eyes and just float, without having to worry about bracing myself to avoid injury.

X-Flight's trains were almost too comfortable, in some senses...i really had no fear about falling out.

I agree...I was waiting to ride something that was going to scare me half to death when it flipped over but instead I didn't get the sensation of falling out at all. The only ride that scares me now is Power Tower down...and we don't have one at SFWoA.

BKF's floorless trains are very comfy.

I think the most comfortable trains are were definitely on King Cobra. (note:sarcasm)

Probably Nitro or Apollo's Chariot. X and X-Flight are also nice.

80 coasters and soon to be more
Life is a roller coaster Ride It!

for me the most confortable train would be X-Flight then the smoothest overall coasters is a tie between BKF and Kumba. (they both seemed really smooth to me)

Raging Bull and Millenium Force get my vote and Viper at SFGAM has to be the smoothest woodie in the world as is the new and improved Blue Streak this year.

Corey, I can't wait. As soon as I close on my house buying (hopefully soon:(), I will be heading south for a summer trip o' fun. SFMW, SFMM and KBF are in there. X will have to happen at the end of the trip, but I know it will rock. I will also get a chance to hit Xcellerator.:)

Vertigo, yeah I forgot about Delphis. It is amazing how smooth that coaster is. Way too short though. I love how you described it. So true! The greatest part is you can't tell where the "space" is until you are on the ride. You can't see it from the platforms. What a strange place to put a coaster too! Only in Nihon!!!!

Tripowered for maximum intensity

Most confortable wooden coaster trains? For me, the Vekoma ones on Were-Wolf at SF Belgium. Sooo confortable... feels like I was a major company president sitting on his 10000$ business chair!
Smoothest woodie that i have been on is probably Blue Streak. The smoothest steel coaster that i have ever been on is Millennium Force.

The most comfortable feeling has to be SUF in the flying position. After a tired day of walking around it feels great to just hang there. It's like lying face down on a bed with an opening for your face. There is absolutely no stress on your body, it's great!

Of course, the love seat on the arousel is usually where I head when I want to ride something comfortable.

LoadedG isn't the arousel something you should have at home? :)

-----------------

I think the SoB seats are heavenly. I'm not incredibly big though. They shape with my body great!

LMAO, angnjc....

Amazed noone has mentioned CI Cyclone...sure, you get thrown side to side quite a bit, but getting thrown into those comfy cushioned seats is NO problem at all ...the only hurt is when it pulls into the station.....

Apollo's Chariot & Millennium Force

MI Adventure!

I like the Intamin hyper seats, they are so open, and they are perfect for my size, B&M seats are nice and comfy too, although I swim in them a lot.

Why ride rough coasters when you can ride smooth ones?
