Coasterbuzz T-shirt owners: have you worn your shirt to a park yet? Did anyone notice? I wore mine to Hersheypark on Wednesday, June 27. Sadly, it generated absolutely no response from anyone. Meaning no other Coasterbuzzers saw me "head on" that day, I guess. Or were they to shy to say anything (nah!)? Surely I was not the only Coasterbuzzer at the park, with or without the shirt. I did not see anyone wearing the shirt on that day (or at HP the prior Monday, or at Knoebels on Tuesday or Dorney on Friday that week). And being bright yellow, they are hard to miss! Then again, I wore my ACE shirts on other days/parks and except for a ride op at Hershey, talked with no other ACErs.
If you have worn your Coasterbuzz shirt to a park, did you get a "hit" from anyone?

I know you rider Gonna miss me when I'm gone

"Become another casulity of society" - Sum 41
I wore my coasterbuzz shirt to SF Worlds of Adventure last Friday June 29th. This was the first day of the fast lane at the park and they had a (new) TV station from Akron out there interviewing people in the line for X-Flight. They saw my coasterbuzzer shirt and interviewed me asking me roughly a dozen questions about why I ride coaster, how many I have ridden, standing in line, etc.
They also asked me if I was going to take advantage of the new Fast Lane they had at the park. I basically told them that I had used Fast Lane at other Six Flags Parks and that it was free and very benificial. However I told them I wasn't going to pay for it and I thought it was a bad idea.
I have no idea if anything I said wound up on the evening news but they did take down a lot of info about me and came back twice to get a camera shot of my coasterbuzz T-shirt.

Hurry up and open Delay-ja Vu!!
I saw a CB t-shirt on a woman on Monday July 2, on the Fastlane entrance to X-Flight as I was coming into the station.

I think a bigger majority of Buzzers are From Ohio or surrounding states rite?? I think it would be neat to see just how many people that post here are from Ohio and,i wonder if Jeff has ever done any site statistics on this subject?Has this been done and i have missed it? I have only been posting here since the end of March.

I wore mine to SFGAm on 6/30 and the Raging Bull op spotted me, but I didn't find out his name. He asked me if I posted or just read, and I said I posted. But then my train was almost leaving so I had to go.
I'm pretty sure the Raging Bull ride op's name is Joe - Legendary here on Coasterbuzz.

Rickyswmn, Someone did a "what state are you from" topic a while back, but the search is not working now so I can't find it.
You are correct, however - the vast majority reside in Ohio. (kind of makes me wonder why I left...)

I saw Sheick Al Squeak at PKI on Mon. I need to get a shirt!

You can't run and you can't hide...The Beast at PKI
I don't have a shirt but I was keeping an eye out for fellow buzzers at Cedar Point on Tuesday. No luck though. I was surprised at how many yellow shirts there were. It made it a lot more difficult.

TV time... that's what I like to see. ;)
I've worn mine at the three Ohio parks and someone has approached me at every one of them. I feel bad that more often than not I can't associate the names people use with what they've written.

I've spotted shirts here and there but I never said anything. In fact, I saw a Coasterbuzz shirt yesterday at a certain obscure park.

I wore mine to Cedar Point and got a couple of comments from it and met quite a few GTTPers also.
I also wore it to SFWoA on Monday July 2nd (so that was me you saw Mongoose :). An employee asked me about it and I also ran into a GTTPer/ride-op that I met at CP.
Who knows where I wear it next so always be on the lookout.

Christ how do you kids do it
I almost always wear my Coasterbuzz shirt to parks, except when visiting several parks consecutively because I'm not into wearing the same shirt three days in a row (I don't love CoasterBuzz
that much ;)). I've gotten two comments at Kennywood, one at Dorney, and several dozen looks. I have yet to see anybody else with a CoasterBuzz shirt on (except Lynch), but I probably will before the end of the summer. Maybe you should but a CoasterBuzz shirt stall in parks like in RCT, and have 90% of the people in yellow shirts, and maybe those funky hats too.

Ok,this is something that bugs me.If it is in fact obscure, why do you continue to go? I don't want to start anything but,i just can't help but wonder why in fact you go there if you dislike it and have a better park within your range. If Loriu was the person you saw then i am guessing obscure is a SF park.I am finding alot of you are anti SF so,why go and give yourself something to complain about? If you know for a fact you are going to find numerous things you dislike why return or even go in the first place?I wouldn't go to a park i know i am going to be disgusted by,it saves me the trouble of complaining and, life is to short for that and we are supposed to be expressing how much we love coasters here.Make sense to you?I am sure i am going to get blasted for this but,if you look at it open mindedly and without instantly thinking i am being sarcastic, it is a logical question.

Huh? Obscure doesn't mean I don't like it. It is a little known out-the-way place that I made a special point to get to because I enjoy these low-kew places so much more then the bigger parks (which I also go to and enjoy).
I have no idea who it was that I saw and it wasn't a Six Flags park.
Calm down!

Yeah, what Joe said. Buy a shirt. I've got about 30 more to unload.

I would buy one if it were white, not yellow. I don't like wearing a yellow shirt.

Ok,i sincerely apologize to you,i misunderstood your post and i should have read it better.I am not usually the type to even post that way but, lately with all the negativity around the forum i guess it is really bringing me down. That post wasn't really geared to single you out.I just have to wonder sometimes when i read the forum why people have to pick parks apart.I am thankful for every one of them because, without them enthusiasts would be very limited and this seems to be a great year to be an enthusiast yet,i see tons of complaints :( Once again,i am sorry i jumped on you like that.It really isn't my nature to react that way.
