Was at Knoebels Tuesday night, problem with Phoenix , any idea what was happening here?

Not sure what they were doing. Right before it was our turn to ride, they kept looking between the second to last, and last car and messing with the lap bar.. they sent it out empty 3 times, then poured a bucket of something onto the track? After this, they said it was OK and we rode.. any idea what was happening here?

Maybe someone puked.

Maybe, but they weren't pouring the stuff on the car, but behind the cars after they were in the station.. someone mentioned that something was smoking and it smelled like a short circuit when we got back, not sure how those lap bars are actuated, de actuated.. is it electric or just air?
