Other people have downloaded it. I don't know what's wrong. Must be something with your computer.  I also have it on coastergames. you can download it there and then rate on coastersims.

Well I can download other peoples coasters. Something must be wrong with yours. My computer is fine. Nolimts runs finer then hell on my fast machine too.
