Thousands of thrill seekers battled long lines and cold feet this weekend to take a spin on Waldameer's new $4 million coaster. The ride, which officially opens Friday, ran Saturday and Sunday as Waldameer officials and the coaster's creators looked on and worked out minor kinks.

Damn... I was at the hospital all weekend... this was the only weekend I wasn't at the park...
I'm sure as hell there! First major coaster since the Ravine Flyer 1. Also, did anyone hear that someone injured their leg while learning to operate the ride? She was then rushed to Hamot Medical Center. I found that in a small newspaper article. I'll be at my hometown park to ride it this week!

Any name ideas for the coaster?

The coaster will be named on July 9th...
I can't wait to try it out this weekend. These coasters look like a ton of fun.
is this the first coaster to be ridden before being named? I haven't heard of this before
I already submitted my entry for the name, I'm not telling what it is but a hint is that the name is of a coaster that is now demolished.
