Waking up to the tallest coaster in the country!!!

How can you guys afford to stay at Hotel Breakers or Sandcastle Suites when you people go to CP so much? Doesn't that get expensive? Isn't it about $200 for one night? I wish my family could stay at either one of those hotels..

Does anyone know if this is true or not: My friend said that not all hotel rooms in Hotel Breakers have bathrooms. She said that there is an old part of the Hotel that doesn't have bathrooms in the rooms so you have use a community bathroom. I don't really believe her though because why would you have to spend so much for one night and not even get a bathroom. But I would like to know if that is true or not.

I can't afford the $.... I'm happy waking up knowing I'm going to go on any coaster in the day.

why aren't you?

Roxy21, there are some rooms on the upper floors of the rotunda that do not have bathrooms. However, those rooms are not used for the public. Keep in mind that when Breakers was built in 1905, bathrooms in the room were considered to be an extreme luxury! These rooms are currently used for employee housing for the accomodations people. Every room that people pay for has bathroom, AC, etc.

I stayed in a park view room on the 9th floor of Breakers in August and we were able to see fourteen coasters from our window. The only one not visible was Jr. Gemini since it was hidden by trees. It was definitely cool watching the dummies ride MF while we were getting dressed! :)
