A survey of Florida voters says that only 2% approve of the proposed high-speed rail line stopping only at Walt Disney World from the airport before going on to Tampa. About 91% said that there should also be a stop at the convention center on International Drive, which is in closer proximity to Disney's competitors. Disney has said they will not allow a station on their property if they are not the only stop in the Orlando area, a demand that puts the rail authority in a tough spot because they need the Disney traffic to help fund the operation.
