The polling algorithm that separates ride quality from rider quantity is being used to rate over 300 coasters worldwide and categories on the ballot.
For the first time, illustrated instructions are available.
Also, there is only one week left to vote in the 2002 Internet WOOD Coaster Poll which closes November 30.

If it takes you five hours to rate your steel coasters, you must have ridden practically every one in the entire world!
Seriously, why do people seem determined to make such a big deal about taking the time to vote? Instead of hyping your favorite coasters in your signatures, you can actually vote them into the top spots that you think they rightfully deserve! The time it takes to complete the poll is a lot less than it appears to be. Don't complain unless you have actually completed your ballot and sent it.
Besides, with just a couple hundred submitted ballots each year, your vote really can count!

Don't forget to vote for your favorite wooden coasters @ http://www.geocities.com/wcoasterpoll - the polls are open until November 30th!
I spoke to Mitch about his instructions. Its a catch-22 situation. If he makes them simple it seems many people submit improper ballots. So, he's made them as exact and detailed as possible, which unfortunately makes the poll seem confusing, difficult, and time consuming. The upshot of that, however, is that he rarely gets improper ballots.
Anyone with an IQ of a sea sponge can do this poll...I'm living proof of that!

You must be one clever freakin' sponge! ;)
