Vivendi and GE close deal on Universal unit

Vivendi Universal and General Electric reached a final agreement for GE's NBC television network to take over the Paris-based company's coveted entertainment assets. The new $43 billion company is mostly owned by NBC, while Vivendi will retain a 20% stake in the new company.

This will be an interesting story to follow. I am curious to see what changes, if any, we might see at the parks.
I don't follow every bit of business lingo that was said in that article, but I did notice that there was no mention of Universal Orlando, just Hollywood. Is Orlando's park included in all this? Is there any chance of "drastic" changes to either park?
Well, the Lemmon Chill guy told me that all of them were getting fired and new ones woud take their places. Ones that could come up with better rumors.
