Visionland Closing Times?

I noticed on Visionland's site that closing times vary throughout the year. For those of you locals who have been, do you know when they usually close on weekdays and weekends? I ask this because I'm wanting to go down sometime in the next week or two and I would like to get some dark rides on Rampage.

I just called their number today, as I am headed there this weekend myself. It looks like they are currently open until 9:00 p.m. on the weekdays, 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, and I believe 10:00 p.m. on Sunday. I don't quite remember what the Friday closing times was. Either 10:00 or 11:00. Keep in mind that those are the times that they currently have playing on their message. They will probably start to be scaled back over the next few weeks, as the summer winds down. Hope this helps.

Keep in mind that generally those times you quoted should probably be shortened by 1 hour. The theme park closes one hour before the front gate of the park technically closes. So during the week the rides close at 8:00 pm.

PLEASE NOTE! Rampage may not be open this weekend!! It has been down for a few days due to a problem with a piece of guide steel that has both trains damaged. I do not currently know when it may open again.

Thanks for the heads up. This is probably the only weekend that I am going to be able to make it to the park this year so I'll just have to take my chances. Hopefully they will have it up for the weekend.

Why not wait a month an attend the ACE event there. Rip Roarin' Rampage. It's scheduled for September 6. Go to www.aceonline.org and look for the flyer.

Because I'm starting classes at NC State on August 20th :) Really wish I could attend the events at Visionland and Lake Winnie that weekend though.
