Generic parts like switches (or optics) and balls are commonly available from amusement parts suppliers like Happ Controls (1-888-BUY-HAPP). I am not sure if they deal with the general public or not though. Another option is to get in touch with your local games distributor (in the Yellow Pages under "Amusement Devices"). A third option may be to go to a local fun center (the bigger the better) and ask if they would sell you a part or get you in touch with someone who can.
For specific parts like channel covers, plexi display covers, etc., those are only available from Skee-Ball through a distributor.
