Virtual CoasterBuzz Club membership cards

Club members... I've enabled virtual membership cards, which you can find by going to the drop down with your user name at the top of the page -> account -> virtual membership club card. Or directly to coasterbuzz.com/club/card if that's your thing. The thing here is that this is verifiable with a one-time QR code, so screenshotting or faking it won't work. I figured you can get on airplanes with your phone now, so showing your club card this way was overdue.

I don't yet know if parks will be good with this at their events yet, so stay tuned for that. I imagine that if they're accepting tickets this way, then club memberships should meet the bar, but we'll see.

With Cedar Point's update that Coaster Club memberships are no longer required for CoasterMania, are you considering reaching out to parks to set up other benefits of membership? I'll likely maintain my membership, but just curious if things are going on behind the scenes, since events like that are obviously a big motivator.

I call Cedar Point my home park even though I live in the Chicago Suburbs.

I'm not really planning on it. Running events is a huge time suck. I think memberships used to be a means to somewhat limit interest, but the parks I think see that they can do the same thing by just limiting the number of people they let in the door.
