Virgin America drops SeaWorld from points program, nothing actually happens

Vigin America this week dropped SeaWorld from its frequent-flier program. The airline wouldn't say why it has removed SeaWorld from its Elevate Fly online store, which allowed customers to earn points toward purchases at hundreds of companies. SeaWorld spokesman Fred Jacobs said in an email the change would have little effect on business because "the vast majority of our tickets are sold through direct channels."

I didn't know hating on Sea World was still trendy.

But then again, their (VA's) advertisements have foam parties.
