vintage coaster & ride films - crystal beach cyclone, etc.

Has anyone ever purchased film clips from this site?

They have an amazing collection of short clips. I like how they have it categorized. Makes it so much easier to search the lot. I came across some Crystal Beach Cyclone, Flying Turns, lot's of Coney Island stuff. Seems like all they have is a phone & fax number. I'm curious how much these clips are.

The British Pathe website is another cool site for video clips except you can download these and watch them. Great Rye Aeroplane clips and many, many other rare stuff to view. I spent several hours one night just downloading and watching. The quality is OK, but they have the "British Pathe" label across the bottom. You can also purchase the high quality version of the clips but they are very expensive. One of the 2 minute clips I was interested was $50.00. Ouch! *** Edited 8/31/2004 3:44:38 PM UTC by swampfoxer***
I've seen the Film Vault site and was very intriqued. I haven't made any pruchases or figured out exactly how to do that (it appears they really don't cater to individuals so much as they supply movie makers with various clips). But I'm interested if anybody has any experience with them. They seem to specialize in amusement park stuff and look to have some pretty amazing footage.
