Video: Voyage Construction Tour

Thanks for the comments guys, I love making videos- it's what I do for a living, but to make videos of coasters is just the icing on the cake for me!

Also thanks for the suggestions about encoding too- I agree there are more user-friendly options, but I along with the other staff on CoasterSims really like the quality of the DivX compression the best, and there are a lot of 'hardcore' people who love being able to download our higher quality large files so we will probably be sticking with this format for a while at least. :)

BSBMX- I wish I could tell what's going on, but usually when that happens the person doesn't have the proper version installed. Did you reboot since you installed the newest version of DivX?

This is a pet peeve of mine, but that's not an apology. "I'm sorry if you got upset" means "I'm sorry you were so touchy about something that I still don't think was so bad."

The point of my post is that you make a wrong a right. To do that you have to swallow up pride and apologize to the person that you offended. Getting defensive and digging yourself a bigger hole is exactly what you are doing, and a great job at that. Admitting that you were wrong is such a tough thing to do, as you are programmed to do that since you were a child. It's up to you to take the responsibility for your actions and admit that what you said was wrong and apologize to her.

As we can see by your reaction here you haven't learned a thing. You can also see in my previous post that I'm absolutely dead on about what you need to do. You still have some growing up to do, which is sad since I see you are 27 in your profile very hard to believe. You still need a nice shot in the nuts as you DO NOT comment on a woman's size in that manner. Finally, you still need to apologize to the person that you offended and not because we felt offended by your remarks, but becuase you actually hurt a living person.

That was a great event, I'm the proud new owner of a Raven road wheel, upstop wheel and a Legend guide wheel. The moola went to the Red Cross. I can't believe more coaster geeks didn't bid for these things. These are beautiful and one of the best souveniers a coaster geek could have!

Isn't this the guy who gets all red in the face, high-pitched and squealy the minute anyone posts, "Hey, SFMM sucks?"

But he can't understand why talking about someone else's PERSON is so bad.

I could care less about you having mercy on me your not god and thats the problem with some of you people around here you think your high and mighty and your not. Like I said I made a horrible mistake and said something stupid that may have insulted a nice person that I don't even know and I apologized for that. You people act like you've never made a mistake or so happen to say something stupid even though you didn't mean any harm or ill will. I'm not perfect and sure as hell none of you are either, I admitted to my stupidty admitted saying something completely inconsiderate of another person feelings and I apologized to the person I insulted and to the boards for making such a stupid comment.

If you guys can't except that then oh well. I've done everything I can to make it clear I was regretful for making that comment, sorry if I'm not as perfect as the rest of you coasterbuzzers.

Maybe the nicest thing that can be done now is for everyone to go back and remove the argumentative posts from this thread.

Perhaps just leave up the information about how to find the video. Isn't that what this thread is supposed to be about?

Big time! That walk was a workout. Goin up that hill, supposedly about 100 feet above the station. I also heard some 'rumours' milling around about how they are adding a 'reverse banking' moment like when Hades comes out of the tunnel. That would be great!

Reverse banking would be tight, as teenager slang goes. I like really strong, short laterals, and reverse banking should do the trick. The walkback up that hill was quite extensive for someone who never, ever works out. I was almost out of breath! It's a good thing the auction wasn't before the walkback or else I would have had to carry that Raven wheel the whole way and would have passed out! And that would kind of suck.
