Cedar Point opened its Dinosaurs Alive attraction this year, positioned on what some used to call "Millennium Island." Fan site PointBuzz has posted video of the attraction.
See the video on PointBuzz.
Those animation loops are funny. Open mouth five times, shake head side to side five times, repeat.
Pop-n-lock dinos!
I just realized that this is the first time since 2008 that an attraction that CP put in was open on opening day.

I remember when the Toledo Zoo had something like this... in 1989.
Edit: It was 1988! http://www.upillar.com/listings/70125-dinosaurs-alive-at-the-toledo...b-souvenir

It's Jurassic Park River Adventure, without the boats, a story, or any sense of danger, for an extra fee.
Fantastic shots of Millenium Force!

I believe it came back to the Toledo Zoo again in the 90's sometime. At least, I hope it did, because if I remember something from 1988 that vividly, I'm a bit alarmed.
