Vertigo Views

How in heck do you beat this scenario? Object is to have a monthly income of $8,000 on ride tickets. So far I have been just building and upgrading the park but how do you actually achieve this goal in such a small park?
Vertigo Views isn't a small park wait until you get to Pleasure Island. Any way I thought this was a very easy park. I charged 7$ to 7.50$ on the hyper and put in smaller rides. I got alot money of that and put in a nice inverted coaster with a winter theme. Its very easy just make sure you build rides for everyone. A big tip is to build rides that coaster riders like that have a big capacity.
I just charge $5 for each rollercoaster. I leave the existing coaster at $6. The I use the default ride fee for all the smaller rides. The other secret is to get lots of people into your park. This really is a large park if you expand your footpaths to the back. This is one of the few types of scenario objectives for which I build transport rides. sometimes I will stack them too. I love these scenarios because towards the end you will have money pooring in like crazy.
it's not that hard to beat, for each ride, charge what it's excitement is, or slightly lower. Don't worry about being "nice" to your guests and charging less. To beat some of these scenarios you must have a cruel buisness like mind. While your money is poring in from the hyper, build a shuttle or 2 with the steel when u get it. (a shuttle is just a station followed by a vertical loop or 2 then a steep incline up. Set the ride for "power launch, test it and your set)

Another good tip for the financial side of the game, is to click on the little buttom at the top with the pic of the slide. click the drop-down menu and select "profit". All rides, and if possible everything should be making a profit.

You thought Vertigo Views was small? Wait till you get to Micro Park! Now that's a small park.
At least with Micro Park you only need park value. Pacifica is a rather small park that has to make the same profit and Vertigo Views.
I haven't started Vertigo Views yet. I was experimenting with it last week and made a type of shuttle loop ride. It was corkscrew track and I made it go up about 30 feet, loop, up, then back down. Juts like the original Shuttle Loop only this went up and the loop circled the hyper's track.

Jack, who can't wait for Opening Day 2001...
i can't beat this park! i have been trying but i still can't beat it!
In parks like these, how many months do you have to get over the goal for ride tickets? I'm currently doing Icarus Park and have had a few months in a row now where I've surpassed the $10,000 mark on ride tickets and still have not beat the scenario. Am I missing something here?
