Was in the area of Knotts last night and was able to see the skyline and I thought I saw blinking lights near the same hight of SS and I was woundering if it was Vertigo or if I was seeing things. I havnt heard any news of it going up yet so please tell me if it's up yet.

Not exactly awaiting testing quite yet. The towers are completely up and look good. The car has recently arrived, and looks fairly different from that of Cedar Point's version. The car is a shiny gold colored. The station house is almost done, just finishing touches... The only thing missing is that the car isn't connected to any cables yet. So, we are close, but not quite there yet ! ------------- Knotts Halloween Haunt!! 29 years and still screaming.
That's good that the car is "gold" colored. At least the car will have relation to the Ghostown theme. It would be even more horrendous if the car was the exact same one at SFMM (Thrill Shot) with the white car and rockets on the side.
I found some picks over at twistedrails.com. I think it looks more space age looking then Ghost Town looking. Oh well, at least we got a new ride.

Upon further review it is exactly like Cedar Point's car, but the paint job makes it look a whole lot different. I think that it looks futuristic in an old fashioned kind of way...
