Vekoma's Deja Vu.......Surprisingly good!

After all the delays, let downs and speculation, Deja Vu is a winner. Don't worry, this is not a trip report(I hate doing full trip reports just because my home opened one new coaster), but more of a sigh of relief. Ok, first of all, it *IS* just a giant invertigo, nothing more, nothing less.  But like the Intamin impulse, it's almost shocking how fun and thrilling this ride is. The two vertical tower are spectacular, providing a brief view of the whole park, and screams of joy from everyone on the train, and you completely lose your stomach on the two drops! Of course you know the rest of this story, so I'll just say for what it is, Vekoma has created a winner, another example of how you should *ride* something before judging it.

For those of you heading out to ride it this weekend, make it your first and last ride of the day. The capacity is predictably slow, though better than Stealth. My one complaint? The seat configuration sucks, the outside seats completely block your view unless your in the front.

And then Jerry said, "Take care of yourselves, and each other".

How could you have ridden it if it hasn't even opened yet?
If I'm not mistaken, wasn't today Media Day?  In that case, if Mr. Weaver is a member of any media outlet, he very easily could have ridden it today.

NITRO kicks it into high gear...only at Six Flags Great Adventure!
Track Record: 28 and counting...
Today was media day for Deja Vu.  Of course Deja Vu was pretty much upstaged by the site of X. It was still what most people were taking about today. Still, a very good(if not great) coaster experience is Deja Vu.

Dropping stomach feeling?? Thats what i love:) Its everywhere on Raging Bull, and thats why its my favorite coaster, and if Deja Vu has this, then i cant wait till it opens (not that i felt differently before)

"Thank you for challenging the Raging Bull. We hope you enjoy the rest of you're day, here at Six Flags Great America."
