Vekoma Announces Floorless Seatless Coaster

Saw this on ARN&R this morning and it made my day. The visual provided by the description of the ride is hilarious. Just thought I would share it. Enjoy! :)

"Every day is a bad day on Hollywood and Vine!"

Well, the comfort level WOULD be in keeping with most Vekoma work...:)

At least it won't be a head-banger.... ;)

A day is a drop of water in the ocean of eternity. A week is seven drops.

That was too funny! I loved the stapling to the abdomen part. hehehehe
No, it'll bang everything except for your head!

I guess it would be like those Krazy Glue commercials where they show the construction worker sticking to the I-Beam holding onto the construction Hat. Hah

Only thing worse would be a floorless stand-up coaster. OUCH!!

(for the slow, that was a crotch-bar reference)

Call the patent office, we've got a winner.

Not a head banger, but surely a head ripper. And oh, it really wasn't very funny IMO.

The things I was thinking when I first read the title of this...

That's great, though I have never been on a rough Vekoma (or any Vekoma for that matter).

Darn! Where most read (correctly) " Floorless Seatless", I first read "Floorless Seattle". Oh, to live in the Pacific Northwest :(

Rob Bob-conveniently sweeping under the rug Tremors, Timber Terror, Corkscrew (2), Coaster, Coaster Thrill Ride, Wildcat, Wild Thing, Klondike Gold Rusher, Mad Mouse (2), Timberhawk, Windstorm, Looping Thunder, Ice Mountain Bobsleds, Kersplash, Ripper, The Alpine Slides...Hey, it's not so bad here!!

Well that design sounds like the smoothest, most relaxed Vekoma ride out there. The supports sound more comfortable than the Flying Dutchman and the ride sounds like more fun than the standard SLC.

The only flaw I can see in the design was the "vertebrae-cracker." Of course this is a problem because the elements already exists on countless boomerangs across the country. Without this painful snap where would we be?
