Vandalism, Graffiti and Litter.

There isn't any vandalism, gaffiti, or litter at SFKK. Somehow that park just always outdoes itself...............:>(

I don't know if anyone remembers this, but in the Magnum queue, a sign that was posted read "please secure your glasses" or something of that nature. Every time I saw that sign, there was a different color glob of gum over the "gl" in glasses, which led to the sign eventually being torn down out of frustration. Also, the Mean Streak had a great gum wall going at the top of the q, but they scraped it off. either way, CP is usually a great clean park.

P.S. Wasn't there a gum wall ride at Connieat (sp?) Lake?

Why do people litter? Because they can. Case in point, Top Gun at Carowinds had gum all along it's lift hill last year. Why would people spit their gum out as they go up a lift hill? Boredom? I don't think so. They do it because they've paid $40 for a ticket to the park and feel that's it their right to do so and don't give it a second thought. The same goes for graphitti or throwing trash on the ground. No matter how many trash cans you put out, if someone is a slob (and there are a lot out there) they are going to litter. The most clean parks are the ones that do a better than average job of trying to keep up with it and I'm not talking about the ones that clean off the gum walls just once during the off season.

G's! They're what's for dinner!

Yeah, I think just about every park you go to is going to have some kind of vadalism there somewhere. I don't know why people have to do that. YUCK! OH well...anyways, B:TR is pretty bad at SFSTL, especially inside the station. The Boss is also pretty bad, and they even painted the handrails black to prevent writing on it. (I guess) But I think you can still see some grafiti through the black paint. I didn't really notice the dirty-ness (if that's a word) of SFKK. I thought it was a nice park! I don't really get what everyone complains about...maybe I just went on a good day! Well, the one-train operation REALLY got on my nerves, but I guess there weren't that many people there the day I went. Anyways, I'm getting off the subject! So yeah, American parks definitely have problems with vandalism! I wonder about parks in other countries like Canada, Australia, Japan, etc...Are they as bad?
