Valleyfair's Xtreme Swing will be open this weekend

Contrary to previous media reports out of Minneapolis, the small fire that occurred Wednesday morning at Valleyfair will not prevent Xtreme Swing from opening this weekend, according to company officials.

Good. Glad things worked out.

But on an unrealated issue, and please don't be mad at me for this, Cedar Fair came out really quick when this hit the news and released a statement, but for Geauga Lake rumors and news, they won't comment.

Well, if anything catches on fire at Geauga Lake, we'll know for sure...

And to think I was doing extra laps on SkyHawk thinking they may be my last Screamin' Swing action....
