This has been an traditonal 4th of July visit every summer at Valleyfair now because I have been working with the park for so long.

This will probably be a small trip report not much to say.

Steel Venom
Just to let everyone know if you have plan's to come and visit Valleyfair, Steel Venom has been open every day. I was at the park for about 2 hours visiting with friend's. I arrived there around 7:45pm. I realy didnt ride to much.

I did ride Steel Venom (1 lap) got in line about 8:15pm off around 8:45pm. 1/2hour wait. I did notice when I was in line it did get stuck on the first launch half way up after the station then it came back down and the re did the launch. No panic it was back in operation :).

Around 10pm I was watching the firework show. Very good :)! I think it was better than last year's show. If anyone is planning to come this Saturday. Talking with management were supposed to be realy busy this weekend. That's all!

Ah, the irony. Actually around ten something else happened, the SV line cleared completely and I overhead some dork in Guest Services asking for Free Twilight admission tickets for the emotional trauma of almost boarding. Imagine that...
