Millennium Force......It has its ups and downs.
Even though you say you can only visit one park, Cedar Point and SFWoA are only 1hr 15 min. from each other.
Even though SFWoA may still have some "problems" the park is really fun and their coasters are excellent. :)
Of course Cedar Point has the Force so you may want to go out there and take it for a drive. :)

You know, Great Escape is quite close to Cooperstown if you like traditional parks. Six Flags New England is also close by and you could see another great Hall of Fame (besides baseball's in Coopertown) the College Basketball Hall of fame in Springfield, Mass.
Between the choices you mentioned, I'd go to PCW due to the fact that it would be free. Also they have a couple of woodies modeled after the one's at old Coney in Cincy which should be neat for you guys.
Take it easy

if you plan on going a second day or spending time at SFKK, definately get the pass!
SFWoA is still in an infancy stage, and hopefully we'll see some improvements this year, but I had a good time when i was there last year. The Floorless is something you MUST wait for the front on! S:UE is very cool. Villain is OK, but not the best CCI out there. X-Flight was open yet :( . Found myself on the WildLife side for most of the first day, surprisingly.

I've traded in my 2000 Giovanola for a 2002 Arrow X4D :)
My other car is now an Arrow X4D!
Heres my rundown of my fav park SFWoA ;)
XFlight - An amazing ride, something you'll never forget. just watch out, or you might get "X'ed Up!"
Batman Knight Flight - My favorite coaster at SFWoA, it is an amazing coaster that have everything. Speed, height, turns, huge loops, and its super-smooth. The best seats are front, left side. And back left side. Make sure to ride in those spots!
Villain - A very fun wooden coaster with awesome airtime! Second hill gives some of the best airtime ever ;)
Superman - Its an insane spiraling 70mph Intamin impulse. Nuff said.
Big Dipper - Very cool oldie coaster. Good airtime, and nonstop fun.
Those are the best there. SFWoA is a very good park. This year will probley be much improved over last year, so it will be better. Make sure to go in Happy Harbor! DA BEAST!

CP is a fine park but if you've been there as recently as 99 and you haven't been to any of the other parks listed I'd have to make it last pick. MF is good and WT looks to be as well but variety is the way to go IMO.
SFWoA has a nice selection of new steel with a zippy CCI as well so if you're a steel fan it'd probably be the best pick. Batman has got some nice air in the backseat off the block and SUE is top notch fun in the front seat. Villain is the best ride in the park IMO with a speedy dogleg out and back layout and (usually) a short line.
PCW is the place to go if you love flats. The Mondial prototypes keep on flowing into TO with the new Frisbee this year joining it's friends the Splash-Over and Top Scan (the lord god of flats IMHO) Their coaster collection is decent as well with Wild Beast being their best woodie and Vortex (their Arrow Suspended) being one of the most intense examples of it's style.
Holiday World however is another beast entirely. They don't have a lot of flats but they *do* have two of the best wooden coasters in the world, period. Legend is flat out insanity from chain to brake run with many sudden changes of direction and an intense double helix not to mention the now legendary "4 Corners of Death" which finish the circuit. Raven is airtime personified, the fifth drop is renown as among the best anywhere and the pace of the ride will leave you speechless. If you like wooden coasters this is one of the holy parks in North America and is *very much* worth a stop...and if you *do* go make sure to get some creamsicle fudge, it's tasty :-)
