V2 Shorter than S:UE?

I just read that V2's spikes are only 165 feet tall and S:UE spikes are 180 feet tall. Is this really true??

Season at SFWoA: 3 Trips, 1 X-Flight, 5 Superman, 4 Batman, 2 Serial Thriller, 8 Villain, 1 Mr. Hydes, 1 Shipwreck Falls, 1 Grizzley Run, and 1 Dodgems!
At SFMW, thier V2 is 150 ft. tall, but at SFGAm, thier V2 is 185 ft. tall.
Well actually both V2 are 180ft.
I have the real question. If they are the same height, why are the advertised as different heights?

Doesn't SFMW have some sort of height restriction???????? I think the one in SFGAm is taller though.
Ok..... to straighten this out.....

Both V2's are 180 feet tall. SFMW has a height restriction of 150. They found a way around it because the have a natural 'valley' that is where their V2 is. Since the state measures from the highest point of the park, (the opposite side of the valley), V2 is only 150 feet. But since the ride rests 30 feet below the place it's measured from, they call it 150. I hope I didn't lose half of you guys :)

(hard to explain)
The V2 at sfgam is 185 ft tall not 180ft. go to www.sixflags.com/greatamerica/rides/v2.cfm and click stats don't read the paragraph about the ride that one is for sfmw. it says both towers are 185 ft. tall and I think they know a little more about V2 than you guys.

I still think V2 at SFMW is 180 feet. Look at this pic: http://www.twistedrails.com/sfmw/jun08-08.shtml
Now if Roar is roughly 90' and V2 looks almost double its size two times 90 is 180.

AKA V2 at CCN! AKA SFMWManiac at SFMWOnline!
SFMW's V2 doesn't sit in a Valley, it sits on flat ground. The difference is, the coaster is not elevated like the SFWOA version. But if you ride Medusa and look over at V2 from a top the lift, they *are* the same height.
