V2 Media Day at SFGAM

With SFGAM media day for V2 coming up on Thursday May 24 I was wondering a few things that I hope somebody could help me with. First off does SFGAM invite ACE members to the media days like SFMM and some of the other Six Flags parks do for there new coasters? I understand that its a parks option to invite ACE members but what I don't understand is if they do it at some of the other parks why not all of them? Also are only media people allowed to ride V2 that day? So the coaster will not be open to the General Public that day? I just wish I was invited and could go ride V2 on Thursday. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To be able to go to Six Flags Great America's Media Day I beleive that you had to send in a postcard with your name, address, and phone numbers. The postcards were provided by them at ACE's No Coaster Con. I sent one in. I was one of the lucky ones to be selected to go to the event. I will be there. But you could call Public Relations to find out for sure if anyone can go. Please email me and I will email the number back to you. I dont feel that it is appropriate to post the number here so I will not. There is no guarantee from me that they will allow anyone else outside of those already invited to go to this event. I also do believe that it is also the Deja Vu media day not just V2. Hopefully I will have a Trip Report up the day of/after the event.
