User name and Reg Key

What are these and how do i get them?  It asks me for them and i dont know what they are.

They gave them to you on the web page right after you downloaded the game. They also should have sent them to you at the e-mail address taht you gave them when you bought the game online.  Thats how I got mine.  Hopes this solves the problem for you.
