I am going to Kennywood tomarrow and i have never been their. I am very excited and all. Anyway I heard something before about that it is four dollars or something to park their but you can get in for free by goin in the back enterance or something. Maybe i am thinking of another park but please fill me in on this please
There are two sections of parking at Kennywood.
There is a section of parking called "Preferred Parking" which costs $4 becasue your car will be very close to the park entrance.
If you want to have free parking... you will have to park your car farther away... in the not "preferred parking" area, which is, like I said, free.
If you have to park your car so far away... there is actually a carlift on a hill that will take you down and into the park so you don't have to make a long walk... but that is only if your car is far away up this tall tall hill.
Have a great time at Kennywood.... Phantom's Revenge is a blast... filled with amazing amounts of forceful airtime... especially in the back seat during the small double dip. Don't forget to ride the Jackrabbit, Racer, Thunderbolt, and Exterminator coasters. Also, ride the Old Mill (dark) ride, (102 years old) Kangaroo which is the only one left of its kind... lots of fun... (near the Old Mill and Racer). The Turtle is also a fun ride in between the Thunderbolt and Phantom's Revenge... lastly... don't miss the Potato Patch fries near the Thunderbolt. Best Idaho fries you will ever taste in your entire life!!! They are excellant!! Have fun!

thanx a ton, now i am already for tomarrow
Beware of the parking crew however. I noticed they really try to funnel you into the $4 parking. The free parking isn't a whole lot farther then the preferred and riding the chairlift is worth the extra distance!
