unzipping files question

Hey, I just downloaded the Son of Beast trainer for rct2 and it says that I have to unzip the file before using it. Im not that good with computers so i dont know how to unzip a file. If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appriciated.

Download Winzip and run the file. Unzip it to a folder of your choice.

if you have windows sometimes if you right click the folder and go to extract all, it does the same thing, sometimes.
