Unwinding GE from Universal Orlando after Comcast deal will be complicated

Universal Orlando, a joint venture between NBC Universal and the Blackstone Group, a publicly traded private-equity manager, disclosed in a recent regulatory filing that GE and Comcast are already discussing whether GE will continue to have a role in the theme park.
