I cannot tell in that video (forgive me if this was asked before) is the drift controlled or do the cars just rotate freely?
On a side note, I took delivery of my new car today, a Mazda 3 with a... wait for it... manual transmission!

The rotation is controlled. They are going to use it as simulated "drift" to go with the theme.
And I wouldn't be surprised to see the supposed Ghostbusters coaster ride vehicle is themed to the Ghostbusters car, and it can have the drifting gimmick too as it dodges Stay-Puff Marshmallow man and other ghosts. That actually sounds pretty cool.

I just realized that this is an Intamin ride. I guess with the rotation I just assumed that it was Vekoma, but then I'm sure there is some exclusivity with Disney, if Disney doesn't outright own the patents. And if they do, how are they getting around the patents?
