Universal Orlando wins suit that accused resort of stealing idea for chocolate factory restaurant

Universal Orlando has won a three-year, $40 million lawsuit brought by an Ohio man who claimed the theme park stole his ideas when building a chocolate-themed restaurant. The judge ruled against Adam Limle, who sued in August 2016 after Universal Orlando opened Toothsome Chocolate Emporium.
