When Universal Orlando set out to make a difference through its charitable foundation, it wanted to reach students who were poor or hungry in a way that would be discreet but fun. Executives approached Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and offered up their creative team, administrative personnel, food services -- and a half-million dollars over three years.
