Universal Orlando on Monday launched a national television advertising campaign to promote the "Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Diagon Alley," the highly anticipated new land that will open by summer. Universal said it has filmed a trio of 30-second spots marketing the project.

"starts tv campaign" is a bit misleading. They have done a fantastic job of plastering ads all over the Midwest this winter. This might be a new final phase, but don't for one second think that they haven't been pimping this thing out all winter.
I have Potter-head friends (who aren't enthusiasts) chomping at the bit to be in Orlando this summer, solely based on the brief ads they've seen.
