Universal Orlando has raised its annual pass prices. For Florida residents:
Non-resident passes are $100 more, except the Premier Pass, which is $115 more.
See all of the prices from Universal Orlando.
My family had Premier Passes before the pandemic, in an 18-month deal for the price of 12 (the last 3 of which we missed out on). I have to say that it was an exceptionally good deal because of the Express-after-4 perk, and we used valet quite a bit. My complaint then was the hours, when they were closing at 6 a large chunk of the season. It appears that they're mostly over that, for now.
What I do find surprising is how much more expensive it is to add the water park. We just renewed our Disney passes and spent an extra $100 each (on top of $800) for water parks and mini-golf, and we got our money's worth in the first three weeks.

first of all, love the new "select text" for quoting. (assuming this is new, I've never seen it before).
Second, is that because with only one water park, are they still having capacity issues there? Would a cheap annual pass add-on simply overwhelm that water park? (Admittedly, I've never been but I'm wondering if that's the difference.
I dunno, probably. I think they package it pretty heavily with the hotels, which makes sense because it extends their stay. I've still not been.

And those 3-day tickets they sell push the waterpark pretty heavily, too. I’ve not been there but in merely peeking over the fence it seems like it’s not that big. Maybe they’re just trying to limit the number of people who’ll park their butts in a chair all day every day.
I thought the same thing, and the Google says that Volcano Bay is 27 acres, while Typhoon Lagoon is 56, and Blizzard Beach is 66.
