A parking garage at Universal Orlando has reopened after a suspicious vehicle and driver prompted an evacuation Saturday evening, authorities said. No arrests were made.

Apparently Driving into the parking garage with 9-11 truther statements Scrawled on a Van that smells bad . Causes Bomb squad and Haz mat response.
No arrest was made but a medical hold is not an arrest.
