Universal Orlando is teasing VelociCoaster

Here comes the worst kept secret since the Hagrid ride!

It makes me beyond happy to see this ride have those trains. I was worried it might get stuck with something like on Maverick or I305 (or a variant of), which are atrocious for me. But these trains are polar opposite and extremely comfortable. I also wonder if, like Taron, they don't have seatbelts. That would bump capacity up quite a bit.

This is my most anticipated new ride here in the US for the past few years. I have mentioned it a few times, but Taron is next level and one of the few rides when I hit the break run I literally was breathless. This looks to take that 'package' and amp it up just a little bit.

Can't wait for this one.

So there are no velociraptors chasing the train? Lame!

The theming elements and way it interacts with the existing midway really ties the island together. They've come a long way from Rip Ride Rockit.

Ugh, what a terrible ride. Hope it sinks, or something. I wish we got the mini-B&M instead (USJ).

Having ridden Hollywood Dream I agree 100%. It's not the greatest B&M hyper coaster by any stretch but it's a ton of fun and fits in with the park really well.

Man, I hope you guys are being sarcastic. Hard to tell.

Nope. Hollywood Dream > RRR.

Cedar Creek Mine Ride on a wheel seat with the lapbar down an extra click just for funsies > Rip Ride Rockit

Maybe better than Dragon Wagon. Have some standards, man.

Honestly, things that are better or worse than Rip Ride Rockit feels like a meme about to explode and set the CoasterBuzz world on fire.

Rip Ride Rockit > A hammer to the balls

(it's even funnier to me that I've never ridden it, I just like to talk crap about inanimate objects - don't get me started on that stapler over there)

Am I the only person here that likes Rip Ride Rockit? I mean, it’s not my favorite, but it’s a fun little ride to me.

A bad ride on RRR > a good day at work

So...

Trump > Dragon Wagon (I hate this, but for the sake of argument...)
Rip Ride Rockit > Trump

If Dragon Wagon > RipRideRockit, do we have ourselves a new rock/paper/scissors?

bigboy, no, you are not the only one.
It’s an odd ride, but along with that comes uniqueness. Like a vertical lift followed by a regular drop.
...
Anyway, I love the turnaround and find it thrilling. The surf section on the return is nice, too. And free lockers? What more can you ask for?
Well... maybe a train and restraint that’s comfortable for guys of size...
HRRR > Trump

The vertical lift is the only redeeming quality of the ride. Although if we're talking vertical lifts I will give RRR some credit here:

Rip Ride Rockit > Chance Toboggans
