That was a surprisingly interesting read.
Yeah, it was. She really gets it. As a bona fide dotcom boom/bust worker (several times over), it's great to see that people who aren't in strictly tech companies see the value of the data they have. Universal's use of online ticket sales and room charging has been very solid since 2002 or so, and I've always loved that about them.
I especially love the conversation about conversion though. Heck, even I do that here on CoasterBuzz to see what percentage of users convert to paid memberships, and if there's anything I can do to improve that.
