We arrived in West Palm beach around 5 p.m. so we slept at a friend's apartment and left early around 6am to go to Orlando.......it was abotu a 2 1/2 hour drive to orlando....so we drove around the area and waited at Ioa for the gates to open.
Me and my cousin and his friend headed straight to Marvel Super Hero Island. Hulk was still doin some warm-up runs so we got right on Spiderman with a 5 min. wait...Lemme tell u this is the best non-coaster ride ever made. Unexpected suprises and a great finale topped this one off. After we got off Spidey....Hulk was open so we got right on the queue line. It was a about a 10 min. wait for the front seat and we got on nice and quick......This coaster definitely goes down as one of my top 10. Great theming and queue line...a great beginning with the launched lift hill......some nice helix's, a great zero-g roll 110 ft. above ground is one of the best things i've seen any coaster do. A high, high cobra roll a high vertical loop, and 3 other inversions make this coaster one of B+M's best...but then again does B+M ever make a bad coaster??? We eventually rode Dr. Doom later at night....basically just another S+S space shot with some great theming.
We skipped Seuss Landing for this day...nuthing looked real appealing to any of us.....
We then headed to the Lost Continent.
The line for Dueling Dragons was extremely long...abotu a 2 hour wait for the Ice dragon..unfortunately we didn't get to ride Fire.
Although a 2 hour wait....it is without a doubt THE best queue line there is.....I don't wanna spoil anything. We finally got on....and sat in the front seat. The Ice Dragon felt a lot like Raptor.....nice n' smooth with the inversions spread out......and when I saw the Fire train barreling at me on the vertical loop i thought we were gonna crash!
We then ate at the Mythos food place which was very good.
