Universal Express

Does anyone know if Universal Orlando is still offering Universal Express to people who are not staying at one of the on-site resorts?
Last time I heard they discontinued it, which was a few weeks after I was there in late August, when it was still in use.  It was a very good program, similar to Disney's FastPass.

Is it the roar of Kumba or the kumba of Roar? Discuss!
i was there january 17-21 and they had stands by the rides to take the tickets, so i think my answer is yes. i used my portifino bay key though
It's still there...  And right now, with the incredibly low rates the hotels are offering, it's a real steal!

I'd Rather Be Riding Roller Coasters
It's still there (as of the middle of December) It works like Disney's Fastpass - you can only get a ticket every few hours. If you stay at one of the on-site hotels, you can use your room key to get to the front of the line as many times as you want all day.
And of course when they run out of Express tickets for each ride for the day, it's all over. When I was there Dec. 26, there were a lot of unhappy people trying to get Express tickets for the MIB ride. Thank goodness we already had ours when that happened! We practically walked right on, and the regular wait was about 2 hours at that point.

Unless your particular, MIB has a single riders line...just an FYI...like, Hulk's it runs when it's busy.  Dr Doom's always operates...and the rides have the staffing to make it work!

Off-season coaster blues got you down, stop by the 'buzz and turn your frown upside-down...

When I was there they ran out of DD and Hulk tickets before noon.  I personally think that Universal Express is run very poorly.
