As a local I figure I'll get there in 2026.

I've been planning to go, but I think I'll wait a while for the crowds to slow down. -IF- they slow down.

Are the tickets still limit one day, or can I get multiple for Epic, well, I suppose I’ll find out next week.

It looks like phase one of ticket sales will require a purchase of a multi day Universal ticket package. But only one day will be at Epic.

But it’s not a one day park. 😡

It COULD be a one day park, depending on how many people they let in. Each land only has about two main attractions. Profit has always been more important than guest experience in this industry.

Because of the amount of restaurants this park is going to have, I think they intend on it being packed all the time.

Still, it looks like a lot of fun.

it might be a one day park.

Theoretical capacity for Wolfman is perhaps 800, Dragon Racer Rally is arguably 500 PPH (or lower). Donkey Kong , with 4 person cars, can’t be much better than those two. Fyre Drill is probably less than 1,000. Hiccup is probably close to 1,000. That leaves the slow as molasses MarioKart, along with Harry Potter and the Frankenstein ride as somewhat higher throughput attractions. Topping it off will be Starfall, I mean Stardust Racers, which should be a capacity monster.

How in the Hell are they going to satisfy 25,000 people a day in that park? Two shows and a carousel are not going to solve it.

With a small enough crowd it could be a one day. Given the IP allure and hype, I don’t see how you can do it in one day

What I want to really know is will Universal Express be available at Epic Universe? Will it be included in the price of a Signature Collection hotel booking like it is at the other parks? If so, I'm totally in. If not, I can wait.

My understanding is no, but this could be something that Everyone Knows, instead of something that is actually true.

Nothing has been confirmed but given that every recent attraction opened without Express (Hagrid's still doesn't have it) I'd expect the same for Epic.

This park looks absolutely amazing. I am concerned about growing pains and operational challenges that may occur when opening something of this size and scope, though. I'm more than happy to check it out a year or two (or gasp! three!) after opening while they get the kinks worked out.

It's not going anywhere. There may be some opening-day effects that break early (Disco Yeti and the Moving Cannons That Don't Move) but I can live with that.

I didn't ride Velocicoaster for a couple of years, and I survived. If someone in the network invites me, sure, I'll obviously go, but otherwise I can wait.

It does look pretty great though, the way that IoA was OMG when it opened.

Hard Rock Park?

Seriously though, is there an advantage to staying on Universal property then? Of the three parks I am excited to visit Epic Universe, wouldn't mind a day at IOA, but not very interested in the original studios park. Everything seems to be pointing to wait awhile.

This is easily going to be a 30,000 to 40,000 person park. They are going to need the numbers to get their monies worth.

I have tried, starting at 8am and still going at almost 7pm, to get a ticket through my AP option and their system has been complete sh!t all day. They were not ready to launch this with their current infrastructure.
