I don't believe it's been decided that a third theme park will definitely be going into the Disneyland Resort. Disney is also reportedly considering a water park, some of type of shopping & entertainment complex, and other options, and the local residents are not all behind Disney adding further developments.
They may make "Westcot" It was originally going to be put where the Disney California Aventure was going to be. If they do make this park it should be done be 2010... hope it's better than Disney California Adventure!

That looks awesome!! That would be a great addition to Disney Anaheim...that would they call it though? California Disney Sea, Anaheim Disney Sea, or LA Disney Sea?

Ironically, DisneySeas was originally intended and designed for Southern California in the first place. check out the below link:

Building this would be a great apology to us California's for the underwhelming low budget DCA.

I would really like a NICE disneysea park for the DL resort's 3rd park.
The only thing I am afraid of about putting a third park in so soon is that DCA still needs a lot of help!
Shouldn't they finish one project before they start on another.
I sure hope they put in something like Tokyo Disney Sea. That looks like an incredible park, finally a modern Disney park to rival IOA!

Disney could really use a high tech, Six Flags kind of park. I know the reason I have never been to a disney park is due to the lack of thrilling rides. With the power of a company like disney behind it, it couldbe impressive.

Personally I have heard that they are really considering a water park like Typhoon Lagoon in Florida. Who knows...personally I would rather them put in DisneyQuest or something of that nature but it is just my opinion. Knowing Disney though they will think of a good idea
DisneySea would definately make up for the lame duck DCA, but with the current management, a third park will probably be less of a park than DCA is. The management just can't seem to get back on track in giving us patrons the quality we've come to expect in Anaheim. The last major "E" ticket attraction in the Anaheim area was Indiana Jones. (And don't say Rocket Rods because that thing was lame from the get go ;)) We need something innovative from Disney now, and a clone or better version of DisneySea would blow away the competition imo. Give us the Sea Disney, we deserve it. :)
How About Disney Thrills ;). They could take a chunk out of the billions, and billions that are in the company, and become a major player in the coaster wars!(They would never do it, I know, I am just fantasizing... So put the flamethrowers down, and let me continue to dream...) They could build 17 new coasters, and take the record! A B&M Floorless, B&M Flying, B&M Inverted, B&M Sit Down, Wild Mouse, B&M Hyper, Intamin Giga, Arrow 4D, a CCI midsized wooden, an Intamin Hyper Wooden, an Intamin sit down multi-looper, a Super Saturator, a Vekoma Super Invertigo, a giant S&S TA2K, and a couple of kiddy coasters for the little tikes. :) In fact, I think they should build that in Orlando, not California!!!
