Two men sentenced to prison for defrauding investors and claiming to have rights to scrap Six Flags New Orleans

A judge in California sentenced Ngoc “Danny” Duong and Hong Lee “William” Wong last week to more than two years each in federal prison for defrauding investors by claiming they had won the right to demolish the former Six Flags New Orleans and sell the scrap metal.
