Two Face: The Flip Side...Only "Invertigo" in SF?

I can't think of any other SF parks that have this Vekoma coaster.

Invertigo and Face-Off at PGA and PKI are the only two other US installations I can think of...they ARE way better than sit-down boomerangs IMO. Of course, I think GIB's are basically the same thing with a different seating arrangement, and quite a bit taller...

You got it buddy, Two Face is the only Six Flags installation of the standard Invertigo, and the 5G's it produces are awesome. It's also an incredibly smooth ride.

Yeah Invertigo is my second favorite coaster at PGA. I love the fact that you can look at your friends and see their faces when they're riding! :)

I don't know why, but they are better. Had a great screamer opposite me on Two Face Friday evening. A continuous wail the whole ride pausing for breath only a couple of short time.

yeah, every park should get an invertigo. They rock! so much better than boomerangs.

Given a choice of a Boomerang or Invertigo, sure, take the Invertigo. But there are PLENTY of other coasters I'd rather see a park get. Custom CCI comes to mind ;)

I went on two face thinking it was just another boomerang but it turned out to be great. I loved it.

I rode the Two Face: The Flip Side, and I wasn't expecting anything more than the standard boomerang. It was so smooth, and the seats facing each other is a nice added effect. I am impressed with Vekoma lately. Batwing is a tremendous innovation that most people on here knock. I think that its the future of coaster design. The only part I didn't like was the fact that it was hard to look straight ahead, and sometimes being forced to stare at the ground. We already know B&M is making a flyer. How many more will follow?

I've been on Two Face a couple of times, but one time I blacked out for about 2 seconds. Has this happened to anyone else?

I didn't experience it.

The Invertigo's a great fun, very smmoth and very intense!

I don't think many parks have one because they already have Boomerangs. I think even the general public would be feel they had been ripped-off with a "dangling feet" version of the boomerang they already have.

I know that there is another Invertigo overseas called Hangover at Liseberg. However, I do not think this park is owned by Premier/Six Flags.

So, there are only 4 of these in the world.
Apparently, they wanted it to be an LIM launched ride, but problems caused them to build a chain lift

The Hangover @Liseburg park in Sweden is the invertigo prototype which was built back in 96 or 97.The g's on that thing are pretty rough if you sit up front which is why I prefer the middle of the train.I love the ride but hate the wait in line for it.

I share many of the same feelings with you guys. I rode Face/Off at PKI and I must say that is was one hell of a ride!

After reading on Coasterbuzz what many people had said about Vekoma Boomerangs, I was a bit skeptical, but after riding, I knew that Invertigos were a truly unique ride experiment. I think everyone should ride one. Face/Off had only two bad things; 1.) The Wait in Line 2.) The Headbanging

I found a way to remedy the headbanging, so it was really a great ride. Very Intense....probably the most intense coaster at PKI.... My Favorite Steel coaster at PKI is FoF though... :)
